Our standard shipping time to France and European countries is approximately 7–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to minor delays due to peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or local carrier logistics.

3. Shipping Rates

- Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders (or standard delivery rate as calculated at checkout).

There are no hidden shipping surcharges applied at checkout.Some remote areas, islands, or restricted delivery regions may require additional shipping fees or may not be available for delivery. If your address is affected, we may contact you before shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and carrier link. You can track your parcel's progress at any time.

5. Taxes, VAT & Customs Duties (Transparent Pricing)

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT and applicable taxes for our European customers. You will NOT be charged any unexpected customs handling fees or import duties upon delivery. The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact phone number are entered accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer address details.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
