Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and any included items.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

- Gift cards
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
- Personal care, hygiene, intimate, or sanitary products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return authorization and return address instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case promptly and offer a replacement, free return, or full refund where appropriate.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
